Today, I am celebrating the REAL Christmas Story. Today, I am celebrating the fact that the INN was full. Therefore, Jesus was born in a barn - probably a cave. It was a spot for storing animals. While some us have been born at home, very few of us have been born in a barn. It was an unusual birth spot for the King of Kings. Not in elegance or riches. Not with the finest of medical care. A barn. The ultimate in contradictions: King of Kings born in a barn with animals.
Luke 2:7b Because there were no rooms left in the inn, she wrapped the baby with pieces of cloth and laid him in a feeding trough.
